This came as a nice piece of news this morning - on Saturday, I gave what was essentially my ‘retirement speech’ as a student representative (after - can you believe it - seven years!).

On a related note (of education journals, that is), congratulations to Jeremy Hunsinger and co on the publication of issue 1 of Learning Inquiry (blogged by Jeremy here). In particular, this article on critical media literacy is excellent.
