Law and Culture: new virtual issue of Legal Studies

From the editors of Legal Studies comes news of their second ‘virtual issue’, on the theme of ‘law and culture’. Virtual issues are made up of previously published articles, based around a theme. The first such issue of Legal Studies was on ‘private law‘.

The Law and Culture issue includes my article on film legislation. I feel very lucky to be in such good company, as the issue includes a few of my favourite pieces from the recent back catalogue.  I hope I will be forgiven for highlighting one or two of special interest to me (without any disrespect to the others); David Seymour’s article on copyright and John Cage, and Maureen Spencer’s contribution on Henri Lefebvre and academic work. But the whole lot are worth reading.

It is freely available for the next three months, reverting to subscription access afterwards.
