Thank you Daithí for the kind blog post. Your summary is excellent. For those who are interested: A lot of inspiration for my research came from “The Web of Law” by Thomas Smith in the US: http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=642863. I will put my thesis (to be submitted in one month) up on the Web as well, I will try to remember posting the link here as well.
